The 5 minute pizza in a mug

With so many people getting creative when it comes to cooking, with more and more appliances, ingredients and recipes coming to the UK we thought we would take a deeper look into DIY pizzas, finding some pretty unique recipes along the way. From gluten-free and Indian-inspired pizzas to high-end calzones, it is safe to say that in Britain we welcome a variety of variations.

Although searching through thousands of recipes one really did stroke a chord with us, the ‘Pizza in a mug’.

Courtesy of food blogger, Gemma Stafford, the recipe is for one personal serving and takes just a few minutes to create. Claiming it to be a lot yummier than any takeaway or recipe on the market we at Pizza News thought we would give it a go and we were certainly impressed.
