Pizza lovers will have the opportunity to munch on free pizza while chatting to the legendary John Schnatter, the founder of top pizza chain Papa John’s, as the company is throwing a one-off event at their store in West Wickham this week to celebrate the launch of their dough factory in Milton Keynes.
Papa John’s was founded in Kentucky by John Schnatter back in 1984. Since its humble beginning is America in the 80’s, Papa John’s has grown in popularity and has opened outlets across the States and also the UK.
Last October Papa John’s announced plans to invest £5 million in creating a pizza dough factory in Milton Keynes. Papa John’s has built its business on the philosophy of “better ingredients, better pizza” so the creation of a UK based site to produce fresh pizza bases for their products will enable Papa John’s to uphold their promise for the best and freshest ingredients in their pizzas.
If you’re a fan of Papa John’s, and would like to meet the man behind the pizza empire, get down to West Wickham in Bromley on August 26th. Plus 100 free pizzas will be handed out from 12 midday onwards, so get down there early to make the most of the freebies.
