Pizza News has obtained exclusive access to a video detailing the transformation of the one-of-a-kind Domino’s Ferrari.
The luxurious sports car was transformed into a Domino’s Ferrari using vinyl wrap. The top of the range vehicle played an integral role in the grand opening of the UK’s latest Domino’s Pizza store in Pontyclun, South Wales, earlier this month.
The video (above) shows the sleek black Ferrari Spyder 360 being transformed piece by piece using a technique known as vinyl wrap which can last up to 8 years, but can be taken off at any time without causing any damage to the car’s original exterior.
The once black sports car now features a white background with a giant Domino’s Pizza logo across the bonnet, and a massive pizza across the rear of the car. The Ferrari was chosen for use in the advertising campaign for the new Domino’s Pizza store in Pontyclun to demonstrate the outlet’s dedication to providing the fastest home pizza delivery service in South Wales (while keeping within speed limits, obviously!)
Wales rugby captain, Ryan Jones who was guest of honour at the grand opening of Domino’s Pizza Pontyclun, also posed alongside the unique Domino’s Ferrari as part of the new store’s opening celebrations.
Check out the video available on Pizza News now and see the Ferrari transformation for yourself.
